WARNING: don't use slowing co2 emission as a guide for end of ferementation. If you bottle, especially, use a hydrometer to check for target specific gravity. Conversion still happens when co2 emission slows down!

Hi, i'm currently doing something similar but using a MQ2 gas sensor to measure the intensity of the gas that is emitted (value between 0-1023) from the fermenter. Unfortunately i only have values from the 7th until now but the fermentation started on the 3rd. ID: 225374. Cheers!
