CCS811 sensor is only sensitive for eTVOC and CO2 is calculated and not measured. Additionaly I don't trust the values.
I had a lot to do with CO2 and VOC sensors in case of buildng CO2-alarms (e.g. for classrooms). your CO2 values seem to be 400ppm too high for me, if the sensor is positioned outside (you can say, that outside the value is ca. 400ppm). A TVOC-Sensor is not suitable for outdoor CO2 measurements, but have very good experience with SCD 30 and MH-Z sensors. The MH-Z19B sensor (ca. 30 € at funduinoshop.com (+4,50€ shipping costs in germany)) calibrates itself after 24 h and when it's booting. The SCD 30 can be calibrated manually and you can turn off the auto-calibration.

The sensors are of course placed indoor, so i guess the values are proper.
CCS811 sensor calculates C02 from TVOC and the values seems to be too high, so I changed to MH-Z19 and the measurement lokks good now
